About

About Graham Reed & Eco Home Co

Eco Home Co is an independent property survey practice run by Graham Reed from Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire. We help homeowners, landlords, installers and funding schemes make the right decisions about insulation, heating, renewable energy and building work, based on a proper inspection of the home rather than a sales pitch.

Independent and impartial

The survey always comes first. When we recommend a measure it is because it is right for the building and the people living in it, and just as often the most useful thing we do is tell a client what they do not need.

Survey only, or a one stop shop

Every client receives a written report and specification they can take to any installer. For those who would rather have one point of contact, our one stop shop arranges quotations and installation through trusted, accredited installer partners such as SPS (South) Ltd, with Graham inspecting the finished work before sign-off.

Accredited and registered

Graham is accredited through ECMK, one of the UK's government-approved accreditation schemes for domestic energy assessors and retrofit assessors, and is registered with TrustMark, the government-endorsed quality scheme for work in and around the home. Retrofit assessments are carried out in accordance with PAS 2035.

What you can expect

• A visit to your home at a time that suits you, with a thorough inspection rather than a quick look
• A written report with photographs, in plain English, within a few days of the visit
• A specification that any competent installer can price against, so quotes are comparable
• Honest advice about costs, savings, grants and the order in which to do things
• Follow-up support by phone or email, and stage inspections if you want them

Where we work

From Princes Risborough we cover the whole of Buckinghamshire, including High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Chesham, Amersham, Beaconsfield and Marlow, together with Thame and Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, Tring in Hertfordshire and Maidenhead in Berkshire.
